About Tours
We organise tours to destinations across Europe including Spain (Barcelona, Madrid), Portugal, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Scotland, among many others. If you have a specific destination in mind that's not listed, just get in touch and we'll do our best to make it happen. We're constantly adding new locations based on demand.
We organise trips and tournaments for players aged Under 8s through to Under 18s and open age. All experiences are tailored to the specific age group, ensuring the right level of competition, accommodation standards, and supervision throughout.
Our standard tour packages include return travel (flights or coach), hotel or hostel accommodation, match fixtures arranged against local opposition, kit and equipment provision, travel insurance, a full day-by-day itinerary, and a dedicated tour leader throughout. Meals can be included as an optional add-on depending on the package. We'll provide a full itemised breakdown in your quote so there are never any hidden costs.
We recommend getting in touch at least 3 to 6 months before your preferred travel dates to ensure availability and the best pricing. Popular dates such as Easter and summer holidays book up quickly, so the earlier the better. That said, we have been known to turn around trips in under 8 weeks when necessary, so get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Stadium Tournaments
We have partnerships with a range of professional and semi-professional stadiums across the UK, including Premier League, Championship, and Football League grounds. The exact venues available depend on availability and your preferred dates. Full details are provided on confirmed booking. Please note we cannot guarantee specific stadiums until your dates are confirmed.
Our tournaments typically involve between 8 and 16 teams per age group, depending on the venue and format. Each tournament is structured to ensure every team gets a minimum of four games throughout the day, with finals stages for top-performing sides. Full tournament formats and rules are provided in your booking pack.
Spectator access is included in the tournament package for an agreed number of parents and supporters per team. Additional spectator tickets can usually be arranged for a small fee. Specific access details, including any stadium-specific rules around supporters, will be confirmed in your pre-event pack sent two weeks before the tournament date.
Booking & Payments
Yes, we require a deposit (typically 25% of the total package value) to confirm your booking and begin making arrangements. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your departure or event date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of the date, the full balance is payable immediately. We accept bank transfer and most major debit/credit cards.
Our full cancellation policy is provided in your booking terms. As a guide: cancellations more than 8 weeks before departure receive a partial refund (minus deposit and any non-refundable supplier costs). Cancellations within 8 weeks may not be eligible for a refund depending on supplier commitments already made. We strongly recommend all participants hold personal travel insurance. In the rare event we need to cancel or significantly amend a trip, a full refund will be provided.
Absolutely. We're familiar with how grassroots clubs work and are happy to structure payment plans that allow individual families to pay their share directly. We can provide per-player costing breakdowns and work with your club treasurer to make the process as smooth as possible. Just mention this when you get in touch and we'll accommodate you.
